Feature Requests

Feature requests are product feedback in the form of ideas, comments, messages, or a request for a particular function to be added to your product.  These requests are stored on the Cuvo platform under the related product and are easily accessible in the Feature Request section.

1.  Click Feedback & Tickets on the Left Navigation Menu.

The Feedback page is displayed.

2.  Click Feature Request.

The Feature Request page is displayed.

The Feature Request page can be classified into the following sections.

  • Filter and Search section – This section has the Products and versions widget that allows you to select the product and its versions to narrow down data to generate reports based on the features requested for that specific product(s).  You can also use the Search field to search for specific data or the Filter to narrow down your search.

  • Count –This widget displays the total count of features requested for the product by the users and the total number of feature requests that match filter criteria if applied.
  • Charts – This section displays a pie chart.
  • Reported On Category – This pie chart shows the distribution of feature requests based on the category value. On hovering over the pie chart, the associated data of the feature request category and the value are displayed.

Feature Request List – In this section, you can view a list of all features requested for a product in the system.  Each row is a widget that corresponds to a feature requested by the user and displays consolidated details related to the request such as Platform, User Remarks, Categories & Standard Feedback, and Attachments.
