Viewing Inquiry Details

The Feedback, Bugs, and Feature Request pages display the most significant information in a concise overview.  You can view the detailed information on every feedback, bug, or feature request stored on the CuVo platform by following the steps below.

In the following example, we are showing you how to view detailed feedback data on the Feedback page.  You can follow similar steps to view the bugs and feature request data in detail.

1.  Click Feedback & Bugs on the Left Navigation Menu.

By default, the Feedback page is displayed.

2.  Scroll down to the Feedback List section.

3.  Click READ MORE in the feedback you wish to view the details.

The Feedback dialog is displayed.  You can view the detailed information of the selected feedback such as the Basic Details, System Information, Page Details, User Details, and Context Details.

Note:  A link is displayed in the bottom right corner of the feedback, bug report, or feature request that corresponds to the Tracking System Settings of the product and includes the name of the system along with the associated issue/ticket ID.

Viewing Attachments

The attachments submitted by users in their feedback, bug reports, or feature requests offer valuable insights into the issues encountered by your product users, providing a clearer understanding of their experiences.

In the following example, we are showing you how to view the attachment in feedback.  You can follow similar steps to view the bugs and feature request attachments.

1. Click Feedback & Bugs on the Left Navigation Menu.

By default, the Feedback page is displayed.

2. Scroll down to the Feedback List section.

3. Click Attachments in the row of the feedback you wish to view the attachment.

The Attachment is displayed.

Note:

  • The file attachments will either open in a dialog or will automatically be downloaded to your system.
  • A screenshot image will also display any annotations and comments associated with it.  The annotation number matches the comment number.
  • The screen recording videos and audio recordings are enabled to play in its dialog box when opened.
  • You can have an enlarged view of the attachment by clicking the Click to see enlarge image button.
