Sorting and searching inquiry

The CuVo portal allows you to sort data so that you can locate the required feedback, bug, or feature request easily.

In the following example, we are showing you how to export the data on the Bugs page.  You can follow similar steps to export data on the Feedback and Feature Request pages.

1.  Click Feedback & Bugs on the Left Navigation Menu.

The Feedback page is displayed.

2.  Click Bugs.

The Bugs page is displayed.

3.  Scroll down to the Bugs List section.

4.  Click Sort By.

Note:  The data is by default sorted on the last Modified Date with the last modified feedback appearing on top.

The Sort By dropdown list is displayed with the relevant Feedback/ Bugs/Feature Request page options for sorting the data.

5.  Select the criteria based on which you wish to sort the data.

The data is sorted based on the selected criteria.

Note:  You can rearrange the data by clicking the 🔼icon in ascending order and the 🔽icon to arrange it in descending order.
