Roles and Authorization

As the Admin user, CuVo empowers you to assign the following roles to your users.

  • Admin – The users with the role of an Admin have the capability to
    • View the feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
    • Add, edit, modify, and delete products
    • Add, edit, modify, and delete users and groups
    • Assign roles to users
    • Use filters across the various core sections of the CuVo portal

  • Manager – The users with the role of a Manager are empowered to
    • View the feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
    • Communicates with the product’s customers.
    • Add, edit, modify, and delete products.
    • Add, edit, modify, and delete users.
    • Manages different versions of a product.
    • Decides the configuration of the agent for the various versions of the product.
    • Use filters.

  • Member – The users with the role of members do not change any configuration or accesses in the system but are authenticated to
    • View access to feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
    • View access to product configurations and integration code.
