Roles and Authorization
As the Admin user, CuVo empowers you to assign the following roles to your users.
- Admin – The users with the role of an Admin have the capability to
- View the feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
- Add, edit, modify, and delete products
- Add, edit, modify, and delete users and groups
- Assign roles to users
- Use filters across the various core sections of the CuVo portal

- Manager – The users with the role of a Manager are empowered to
- View the feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
- Communicates with the product’s customers.
- Add, edit, modify, and delete products.
- Add, edit, modify, and delete users.
- Manages different versions of a product.
- Decides the configuration of the agent for the various versions of the product.
- Use filters.

- Member – The users with the role of members do not change any configuration or accesses in the system but are authenticated to
- View access to feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard.
- View access to product configurations and integration code.
