Manage Password

Changing Your Password

We highly recommend you frequently change your account password for security reasons. 

1.  Click your profile name on your CuVo page.

The profile dropdown list is displayed.

2.  Click Change Password.

The Change Password dialog is displayed.

3.  Enter the previous password in the Old Password field.
4.  Enter the new password in the New Password field and then reenter it to confirm in the Confirm Password field.

Note that a strong password will have:

  • a minimum of 8 characters
  • at least 1 number
  • at least 1 uppercase letter
  • at least 1 lowercase letter
  • at least 1 special character like !, @, #, $, %, ^, etc

5.  Click SEND.

The password successfully changed notification is displayed and you can continue working with your CuVo account.

Resetting Your Password

You can regain access to your CuVo account by initiating a password reset if you have forgotten your password.

1.  Navigate to the CuVo portal using the link – https://dashboard.cuvo.io

The CuVo Login page is displayed.

2.  Enter the email ID registered in the CuVo portal in the Email Id field.

3.  Click FORGOT PASSWORD?

The Forgot Password page is displayed and a verification code is sent to your registered email.

4.  Navigate to your registered email address and open the email with the verification code from CuVo.

Note: If you do not see any mail from CuVo, check your spam folder or try with another email address.

5.  Navigate back to the Forgot Password page and enter the code in the Verification Code field.

6.  Enter the new password for your CuVo account in the Password field and then reenter it to confirm in the Confirm Password field.

Note that a strong password will have:

  • at least 1 uppercase letter
  • at least 1 lowercase letter
  • at least 1 special character like !, @, #, $, %, ^, etc

7.  Click SEND.

The Login page is displayed.

You can now use the new password to sign in to your CuVo account.

Password Reset by Admin

Reset Password

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to reset the password of the user in an organization. 

  • The Admin can reset the password of other admin(s), manager(s), and member(s).
  • Manager can reset the password of other manager(s) and member(s).

Go to Manage Users. Click on the Reset Password icon and click on RESET button to initiate the request to change the password.

When the password reset request for any user is initiated, a Reset Password email is sent to the respective user, from where the user can change the password by following the steps defined in the demonstration below.

Navigate to your email inbox and search for the Reset Password email from CuVo. Open the email and it will provide you with a link to change the password and a temporary password. Click on the provided link and you will be navigated to the CuVo Login screen. Enter your “login email address” and “temporary password” in the provided fields and click on the LOGIN button. Enter your new password in the first field and again in the second field and hit LOGIN button. Your password will be updated successfully.
