Using feedback agent on Roku

he CuVo application enables you to express your opinions with the functionality to share supporting materials such as screenshots, video recordings, or audio recordings of your experience on Roku TV.

The steps to share feedback are similar to most TV applications with very minimal changes in them.  In the following example, we are showing you the process to submit feedback on Roku TV.  

1. Click Feedback.

The Roku Share Feedback screen is displayed.

2. Select the stars to rate the application.

3. Click NEXT.

The feedback form is displayed.

Note:  All the fields marked as Required are mandatory.

4. Enter your email address in the Email field.

5. Select the options appropriate to your feedback in the Now Watching movie section.

6. Enter more information or comments in the Anything more you want us to know better textbox.

7. You can attach a screenshot/voice/file in support of your feedback by clicking the ➕ button.  For more information, refer to the section ‘Attaching a Screenshot or Recording using QR’.

8. Click SUBMIT.

The feedback is submitted.

Attaching a Screenshot or Recording using QR

In order to attach a screenshot, voice, or any document in your feedback on Roku TV, it is necessary to scan the QR code.

1. On the Roku Feedback screen, click the➕ button.

The Scan QR code screen is displayed.

2. With your mobile phone, scan the QR code.

The mobile app view of the feedback is displayed on your mobile with all fields of the feedback you had filled oin TV already filled in.

3. You can attach a file/video/photo or record voice to support your feedback.

  1. Click File/Video.
  2. Give permission to access you camera/gallery.
  3. You can either choose to record/capture now using camera or upload a pre-captured photo/video of your Roku screen.
  4. To record/capture now, point you mobile camera at your Roku screen you desire to capture and use your mobile camera to take photo or video.
  5. Once done, the file/photo/video gets attached to the feedback on your QR mobile app. Note: If you are not satisfied, you can choose to delete it by clicking the delete icon and record/capture again.
  6. Click Submit.

Feedback for Roku is submitted.

Attaching audio recording in QR mobile app

  1. Click Capture Audio.
  2. Give permission to access your microphone.
  3. Speak into your mobile microphone to record.
  4. Once done, the recording gets attached to the feedback on your QR mobile app. Note: If you are not satisfied, you can choose to delete it by clicking the delete icon and record again.
  5. Click Submit.

Feedback for Roku is submitted.
