Using feedback agent on mobile

The Feedback feature on the CuVo mobile app enables you to report bugs, request new features, or voice any concerns, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

1. Click the required option to share feedback, report an incident, or request a feature on the mobile app.

In the following steps, we are showing you how to share feedback.  You can follow similar steps to report bugs or request features.

The feedback screen is displayed.

Note:  All fields with an asterisk (*) or Required are mandatory.

2. Enter your email id in the Email Address field.

3. Select the category for feedback from the Categories dropdown list.

4. Select the level of severity from the Severities dropdown list.

5. Enter more feedback details or comments in the Provide Comments here textbox.

6. Attach any attachments in support of your feedback.  For more information, refer to the following sections.

Note: The list of attachment options can vary depending on the platform and device you are on.

7. Click Send Feedback.

The feedback is submitted.  

Attaching a Screenshot

The CuVo portal encourages you to attach screenshots in your feedback, bug report, and feature request to provide valuable visual context, enhancing the clarity and impact of your feedback.  This provides us with a clearer understanding of your experiences, thus enabling us to address your feedback more effectively.

NOTE:

  • You will not have access to this option if your device does not support the library required for taking screenshots from the portal.
  • You must grant necessary permission to share screens or take screenshots to enable this functionality.

In the following example, we are showing you how to capture a screenshot in the Submit Feedback section.  You can follow similar steps to capture screenshots for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.

1.  On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click SCREENSHOT.

The Choose what to share dialog is displayed.

2.  Give permission to capture your screen.
3.  Navigate to the screen you wish to capture.

4. Click Capture.

The screenshot is captured and added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the screenshot if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.

Attaching a Screen Recording

The CuVo portal welcomes you to share videos in your feedback, bug report, and feature request so that the entire user experience, including interactions, and specific steps are provided for enhancing clarity and effective communication.  This helps us in improving our ability to interpret and address your feedback better.

NOTE:

  • You will not have access to this option if your device does not support the library required for capturing videos from the portal.
  • You must grant the necessary permission to share screens or capture videos to enable this functionality.

In the following example, we are showing you how to capture a video in the Submit Feedback section.  You can follow similar steps to capture screenshots for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.

1.  On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click SCREEN RECORDER.

The Choose what to share dialog is displayed.

2.  Give permission to record your screen.

The screen recording starts and controls to stop the recording and timer is displayed on the right edge of the screen.

4.  After demonstrating your concern in the screen recording process, click the ⏺icon to stop recording.

The video recording of your screen is captured and added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the video recording if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.

Attaching a Audio Recording

The CuVo portal provides you the ability to capture voice on your mobile to attach it to your feedback.

1. Scroll down the feedback screen on the mobile app to capture voice.

2. Click CAPTURE AUDIO.

The screen with the audio being captured is displayed. 

The audio captured is added as an attachment to your feedback.

Attaching a File

The CuVo portal allows you to attach any document required to support your feedback.

1. Scroll down the feedback screen on the mobile app to capture voice.

2. Click ATTACH FILE to attach a document to your feedback.

The Camera and Files buttons are displayed.

3. Click Files.

4. Select the desired file from your system to share and click Open.

The file/document is added as an attachment to your feedback.

Note:  You can also take pictures with your camera and attach them as files.
