Configure Email Connector
To configure Email into your selected account, there are available sections that need to be completed.
Note: In the account name, you will see the enable tab for the features you have taken a license for example –
- If you have taken a license for Feedback, you will see the Feedback tab enabled to configure.
- If you have taken licenses for all three tabs (Feedback, Tickets, and Feature Requests), the email connector page will show all three tabs enabled for configuration.
However, you can configure only the tabs that are required. It is not mandatory to configure all tabs, even if you have taken licenses for all of them.
