Using feedback agent on laptop web-browser
The CuVo portal allows you to voice your opinion in any context. Additionally, it enables you to share supporting materials such as screenshots, video recordings, or audio recordings of your experience.
Based on your Feedback Settings, a single-page or multiple-page feedback form will be shared with you with similar fields to fill in. For more information, refer to the Feedback Settings.
1. Click Feedback.

The Feedback dialog is displayed.

2. Click Voice your opinion. Note that this text may vary based on your product configuration.
The CuVo Feedback dialog is displayed.

3. Select the rating by clicking the stars.
The Feedback form is displayed.

Note:
- All the fields with an asterisk (*)/(required) are mandatory.
- You can submit the form without filling in further details if the rating is above the feedback threshold value set in the Feedback settings.
4. Enter the email address in the Email Address field. Note that based on the product configuration, the email address might automatically populate if the user is already logged in.
5. Select the category that you wish to provide feedback from the Pick the area of your feedback dropdown list.
6. Check the box(es) for all standard comments that you feel are appropriate.
7. Enter more details or comments if any in the Add some more details textbox.
8. Attach any attachments in support of your feedback. For more information, refer to the following sections.
Note: The list of attachment options can vary depending on the platform and device you are on.
9. Click Send Feedback.
The feedback is submitted.
Attaching a Screenshot
The CuVo portal encourages you to attach screenshots in your feedback, bug report, and feature request to provide valuable visual context, enhancing the clarity and impact of your feedback. This provides us with a clearer understanding of your experiences, thus enabling us to address your feedback more effectively.
NOTE:
- You will not have access to this option if your device does not support the library required for taking screenshots from the portal.
- You must grant necessary permission to share screens or take screenshots to enable this functionality.
In the following example, we are showing you how to capture a screenshot in the Submit Feedback section. You can follow similar steps to capture screenshots for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.
1. On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click SCREENSHOT.

The Choose what to share dialog is displayed.

2. Select the screen you wish to share.
3. Click Share.
The screen to capture is displayed.

4. Click and drag to draw on an area if you wish to add comments.
Note: You can hide the selected areas if required by clicking the ⏹icon or change the color of the comment highlight textbox by clicking the ⏺icon.

5. Enter the comment in the space provided.
6. Click Save.
The comment is added to the selected area.

7. Click Capture.
The screenshot is captured and added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the screenshot if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.
Attaching a Screen Recording
The CuVo portal welcomes you to share videos in your feedback, bug report, and feature request so that the entire user experience, including interactions, and specific steps are provided for enhancing clarity and effective communication. This helps us in improving our ability to interpret and address your feedback better.
NOTE:
- You will not have access to this option if your device does not support the library required for capturing videos from the portal.
- You must grant the necessary permission to share screens or capture videos to enable this functionality.
In the following example, we are showing you how to capture a video in the Submit Feedback section. You can follow similar steps to capture screenshots for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.
1. On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click SCREEN RECORDER.

The Choose what to share dialog is displayed.

2. Select the screen you wish to record for sharing.
3. Click Share.
The screen video recording is enabled.

4. After demonstrating your concern in the video recording process, click the ⏺icon to stop recording.
The video recording of your screen is captured and added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the video recording if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.
Attaching a Audio Recording
The CuVo portal provides you the ability to capture voice in your feedback, bug report, and feature to express your thoughts on any concepts or technical details with more nuance. This provides us with a clearer understanding of your experiences, thus enabling us to address your feedback more effectively.
NOTE:
- You will not have access to this option if your device does not support the library required for capturing voice from the portal.
- You must grant the necessary permission to record voice to enable this functionality.
In the following example, we are showing you how to capture voice in the Submit Feedback section. You can follow similar steps to capture voice for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.
1. On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click CAPTURE AUDIO.

The screen to capture audio is displayed.

2. Click the ⏺icon to stop the audio recording.
The audio recording is captured and added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the audio recording if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.
Attaching a File
The CuVo portal enables you to attach files or documents in your feedback, bug report, and feature request to provide supporting evidence or suggestions such as log files, error messages, data export files, etc. This provides us with a clearer understanding, thus increasing our chances of addressing your feedback more appropriately.
In the following example, we are showing you how to attach a file/document in the Submit Feedback section. You can follow similar steps to attach a file/document for Report Bug and Submit Feature Request sections.
1. On the CuVo Feedback dialog, click ATTACH A FILE.

The Open dialog is displayed.

2. Select the desired file from your system to share and click Open.
The file/document is added as an attachment to your feedback.

You can delete the attached file/document if you are not satisfied with it by clicking the 🚮icon.
