Integrate with Zendesk

Integrating Zendesk streamlines your feature request and ticket management processes. In the CuVo dashboard, you can configure feature requests, ticket and feedback details to track feedback details directly through Zendesk platform.

This document provides a comprehensive guide and step-by-step instructions to integrate Zendesk with your CuVo account and view the requested feedback within the Zendesk platform.

Navigation to Zendesk Connector

Sign in to your CuVo account and click on the Manage Accounts option. Then, select the account you wish to integrate with Zendesk.

Configure Zendesk Connector

To integrate Zendesk into your selected account, there are available for the configuration.

Note: In the account name, you will see the enable tab for the features you have taken a license for example: 

  • If you have taken a license for Feedback, you will see the Feedback tab enabled to configure.
  • If you have taken licenses for all three tabs (Feedback, Tickets, and Feature Requests), the zendesk connector page will show all three tabs enabled for configuration.

However, you can configure only the tabs that are required. It is not mandatory to configure all tabs, even if you have taken licenses for all of them.

Validate Tickets in Zendesk 

Sign in to the Zendesk account from which you submitted the feedback in the last step to track ticket details.
