Using feedback agent on TV
With the CuVo application, you can easily express your opinions and also use the functionality to share supporting materials such as screenshots, video recordings, or audio recordings of your experience on Android TV/Fire TV.
1. Navigate to the Feedback option screen.

2. Click Feedback.
The rating screen is displayed.
Note: The steps to submit feedback are similar to that of Roku TV with a minimum difference in capturing the screenshot in Android TV/ Fire TV.

3. Select the rating and click NEXT.
The feedback form is displayed.

Note: All the fields marked as Required are mandatory.
4. Enter your email address in the Email field.
5. Select the category appropriate to your feedback and select your feedback.
6. Enter more information or comments in the General Comments textbox.

7. You can attach a screenshot in support of your feedback by clicking NEXT.
The screen to attach a screenshot is displayed.

5. Click SCREENSHOT and navigate to the screen you wish to capture the screenshot. The screenshot is automatically captures after 10 seconds.
The preview of the captured screenshot is displayed.

6. Click SUBMIT.
Note: You can skip capturing screenshot by directly clicking Submit on that screen.
The feedback is sent.
