Resolving Inquiries
The Cuvo portal enables you to communicate with your product users regarding any feedback, bugs, or feature requests they have which enhances user experience.
Replying to user’s inquiries via email
In the following example, we are showing you how to reply to a user regarding a request on the Feature Request page. You can follow similar steps to reply to a user on any feedback or bug.
1. Click Feedback & Bugs on the Left Navigation Menu.

The Feedback page is displayed.

2. Click Feature Request.
The Feature Request page is displayed.

3. Scroll down to the Feature Request List section.

4. Click REPLY in the feature request you wish to communicate with your product user.
Note:
- You can search, filter, or use sort to locate the appropriate feedback, bug, or feature request. For more details, refer to the following sections:
- The REPLY link is available only if the user has provided his email.
The Reply dialog is displayed.

5. Enter the subject of the email in the Subject field.
6. Enter the email address in the CC field that you wish to send copies of the email if needed.
7. Enter the text in the body of the reply.
8. Click the⏩ icon.
The reply is sent to the user.
Note:
- If the user replies to your email, you can see their reply in the Reply dialog.
- If a feedback, bug, or feature request has an unread email from the user, you will see a marker beside the REPLY link of that feedback, bug, or feature request.
