Manage Accounts

The Admin or a Manager in CuVo has the ability to manage accounts. This management ability ranges from “adding”, “viewing”, “editing”, “deleting”, and “cloning” of accounts. You can customize the knowledge base settings, chatbot settings, CuVo application for your product, Google Store, Zendesk, Jira, and Email for the product.

A Member only has access to feedback, bugs, feature requests, and dashboard. They do not have rights to add, view, edit, or delete accounts.

View all Accounts

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to view the account details including account name, version, modified on, account dashboard, and more.

Step1: Sign in to the CuVo account and go to Manage Accounts. Here, you will find the details of the account.

Step2: Accounts list page is displayed reflecting all accounts.

Add a New Account

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to add a new account.

Sign in to the CuVo account and go to Manage Accounts. Click on the + ADD NEW ACCOUNT button.

Edit Account

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to edit the following information about the account including:

  • Account Name
  • Description
  • Logo

Sign in to the CuVo account and go to Manage Accounts. Click on the Edit icon and make desired changes. Click on the SAVE button to save your changes.

Clone Account

The Manager or Admin can copy the account with similar attributes to create a new product or a new version of the same product. This allows you to save time in creating a similar product as well as gives you the flexibility to create a test product for various purposes.

Clone as new Product

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to copy the account as a new product.

Sign in to the CuVo account and go to Manage Accounts → Clone dropdown icon → Clone as new product.

Clone as new Version

Delete Account

The demonstration below illustrates the steps to permanently remove the account from the organization.

Sign in to the CuVo account and go to Manage Accounts. Click on the Trash icon and type delete to confirm. Click on the DELETE button to permanently delete the account.

Viewing Account Dashboards

The Cuvo portal allows you to view the dashboard of a specific account or its version that you have added.

  1. Click Manage Accounts on the Left Navigation Menu.

The Accounts page is displayed.

2.  Click the ⌨ icon in the row of the account/version you wish to view the dashboard.

The dashboard for the selected account/version is displayed.
